The GY-HM170E and GY-HM180E are JVC’s most cost effective 4K professional camcorders. They are the same but the GY-HM180E adds 3G SDI making it the most cost-effective SDI HD and 4K video camera on the market.
Both models have XLR for professional balanced audio connectivity and are capable of shooting 4:2:2 full HD at 50Mbps, plus you can output live 4K via HDMI. The GY-HM180’s integrated 12x optical zoom lens and 4K CMOS sensor deliver razor-sharp 4K Ultra HD recordings directly to SDHC/SDXC memory cards, plus its small size allows you to shoot in venues unsuitable for larger cameras.
